Role : Lodge Anchor – admin whiz, social media star, and guest liaison!
About the Role
As the Lodge Anchor, you’ll wear many hats and play a central role in ensuring smooth lodge operations. From handling admin tasks and posting to social media, to assisting with guest check-ins and service – you’ll be an essential part of this small, close-knit team!
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Managing admin tasks, orders, and emails like a pro.
- Creating engaging posts and managing social media accounts.
- Hosting guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest liaison .
- Stocktakes and centralising team communication.
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the lodge running seamlessly.
This is a varied role with opportunities to take on additional tasks as you grow. The team is small and collaborative, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are must-haves!
Perks & Working Schedule
Choose a working cycle that fits: either 3 weeks on, 1 week off or 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Accommodation & meals provided while on-site
21 days of annual leave per year
